DELIVERY AND TRACKING

How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–15 working days. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods or holidays.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is on the way, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking link. If the tracking number doesn’t update or you need help, just email us at pawfectlypacked.store@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

What if my order is lost or damaged?
We want every customer to be satisfied. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund. No stress.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver to UK customers only.

Will all my items arrive together?
Sometimes your order might arrive in separate parcels. This helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible, especially if your order includes different types of products.

Where are your products delivered from?
All our products are handled by our trusted logistics partners. Some items are stocked in the UK, while others are shipped from our fulfilment hubs overseas. Either way, there are no surprise customs charges for you — we take care of that.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I change my order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been packed yet. Just email us as soon as possible at pawfectlypacked.store@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make the changes. Once an order is dispatched, it can’t be changed.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase. Just send us an email and we’ll cancel and refund your order right away. If your order has already been processed, cancellation may no longer be possible.

ORDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please email us and we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund and send you a confirmation.

Can I exchange my order?
Yes, exchanges are also available within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. Once your return is received, we’ll send out the replacement.
